Hyundai’s subcompact SUV, the Venue has received more love from the carmaker in the form of ADAS being added to it, making it the first in the segment to feature it. The advanced driver assist systems added to the Venue comprises Forward Collision Warning, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (for Car, pedestrians and bicycles), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Driver Attention Warning (DAW), Lane Following Assist (LFA), High Beam Assist (HBA) and Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA).
The more exciting bit of news for us enthusiasts, however, is the fact that the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol is now offered with a six-speed manual for the first time. The best bit? Well, Hyundai is not limiting it to the Venue N Line, instead, even the customers of the regular Venue who are opting for the turbo-petrol engine can select the manual transmission if they so desire.
