Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has unveiled an expanded portfolio of ten motorcycles and scooters for the Indian market, comprising seven all-new models and three refreshed models with new colour options. The lineup spans cruising, adventure touring, roadsters, lifestyle riding, electric mobility, and flex-fuel technology.
The Honda ADV 160 leads the scooter charge as an adventure scooter, powered by a 160cc water-cooled engine producing 16.3PS and 14.9Nm. Honda claims it will be India’s first scooter to support up to E85 fuel, alongside an 8.1-litre fuel tank and 27-litre under-seat storage.
The CB 500 joins the lineup, running an all-new 501cc single-cylinder air/oil cooled engine producing 28.1PS and 43.3Nm, and will be offered in alloy, wire-spoke tubeless, and spoke tubeless with graphics variants. Alongside it, the CB350, CB350C, and CB350RS return with fresh colour options as part of Honda’s modern classic range. Also, Honda has dropped the ‘H’ness’ name and now calls it the CB350.
Honda’s cruiser offensive comes via the Rebel 300 and Rebel 500. The Rebel 300 is positioned as an entry-level, bobber-inspired cruiser powered by a 286cc liquid-cooled engine, while the Rebel 500 steps up with a 471cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine. Both will be offered in standard and E-Clutch variants.
Rounding out the ICE lineup are the XR 300L and XR 300 Rally, both built for on-road and off-road versatility. The XR 300L runs a 293.5cc air/oil cooled engine and long-travel suspension, while the XR 300 Rally leans further into long-distance trail touring with taller handlebars and a windscreen. It also gets a TFT instrument cluster compared to the LCD unit in the XR 300L.
On the electric front, the Honda QC3 is the third product in HMSI’s electric scooter lineup, equipped with a 3kWh battery and a claimed IDC range of 145km. Honda says it can charge up to 80 percent in 2 hours 40 minutes, and it comes with 32-litre under-seat storage, a smart key, and a 5-inch TFT cluster with connected features.
HMSI says it will introduce these products in a phased manner, with detailed launch timelines, pricing, and market availability to be announced closer to each model’s respective launch.
