Tata Motors has introduced the Nexon Camo, a limited-edition variant marking nine years since the Nexon’s launch. The Camo Edition uses the same camouflage-inspired theme Tata has previously applied to the Harrier, Safari, and Punch Camo editions.
Two colours are offered: Munnar Mist, a shade of dark green that appears grey in shadow and green with a gold tint in sunlight, and Coorg Cloud, a grey-silver shade with metallic highlights. Camo badges sit on both front fenders, and the front seat headrests get Camo-pattern perforation.
The Camo Edition adds two things not currently offered on the standard Nexon range: a larger 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen by Harman, and a dashcam recorder integrated with the existing 360° camera system, which records continuously using all four cameras, saves footage separately on impact detection, and supports USB storage up to 256GB. Other features like the 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with embedded navigation, Level 2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, leatherette upholstery, 9-speaker JBL audio, and 6 airbags are already available on the standard Nexon.
Three powertrains are on offer: a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol producing 120PS and 170Nm; a 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel producing 114.5PS and 260Nm; and the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, which is also available with iCNG, producing 100PS and 170Nm. Transmission options include 5-speed and 6-speed manuals, 6-speed AMT, and a 7-speed DCT depending on variant and fuel type; the CNG version is manual-only across all trims.
The Camo Edition is offered across five trims: Creative Camo, Creative+S Camo, Creative+PS Camo, Fearless+ PS Camo, and Fearless+ A PS Camo. Prices for the same start from ₹9.99 lakh ex-showroom.
