The Karizma XMR will be dearer by Rs 7,000 starting October 01, 2023

Last month we saw the return of the iconic Karizma nametag, as Hero MotoCorp launched the Karizma XMR at an introductory price of Rs 1.73 lakh, ex-showroom. If you are interested and haven’t gotten your hands on it yet, we suggest you grab one soon as the sportsbike is set to be dearer by Rs 7,000, and will retail at Rs 1.80 lakh, ex-showroom, starting October 01, 2023.

The modern day Karizma looks sharp, sporty and aggressive, like a proper sportsbike. The front fairing houses the LED DRLs and LED headlamp which gets an automatic function. Other features include a height adjustable windscreen, LCD instrument cluster and slip and assist clutch.

Mr. Ranjivjit Singh, Chief Business Officer (India Business Unit), Hero MotoCorp said, “The new Karizma XMR has already created a lot of excitement among the customers. The response has been great and this is a true testament to the trust that our customers have placed in this iconic legend. The production for the new Karizma has already started and we will soon commence the deliveries.  We are confident of offering an exceptional riding experience to the customers this festive season.”

Powering the Karizma XMR is an all-new 210cc liquid-cooled single cylinder petrol engine that puts out segment leading outputs of 25.5PS and 20.4Nm. All this power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a six-speed transmission. Check out our first ride review to know how it performs in the real world, here.

The Hero Karizma XMR competes against Bajaj Pulsar NS200, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 and KTM RC 200.
