Home run
The Tata Curvv gets many things right — it looks fantastic, has well-appointed interiors and features and offers both petrol and diesel powertrains (EV too!). Is it enough for the Curvv to score a home run?

SpeedShifting
The new Aston Martin Vantage keeps the combustion engine dream alive with its twin-turbo V12! The PM E-Drive scheme replaces FAME and brings about a significant change to India’s future EV ecosystem. The 64th SIAM convention had a prime focus on alternative fuels and sustainability. A lot of automotive four-wheeled titans go on sale in India. These include Aston Martin Vantage, BMW XM Label, Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV, Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition, Rolls Royce Cullinan Series II and Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years edition.

Car Reviews
Headlining this issue is the Tata Curvv, underneath its curvy bodywork is an impressive platform. We have also driven the Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 SUV, the carmaker’s new electric flagship, besides the MG Windsor EV which is as interesting as its pricing structure. This besides the Audi Q8, Hyundai Alcazar, Mini Cooper S and the Skoda Slavia Monte Carlo edition.

Take Two
Ultravoilette’s upcoming F99 is the most powerful Indian motorcycle — electric or otherwise, and is set to redefine performance motorcycling in India. The first of Ducati’s yearly updates for 2024 is the new Multistrada family while Royal Enfield opens its first-ever apparel store.

Bike Reviews
BSA’s first product for India — the Gold Star 650 — turns out to be a surprisingly refreshing motorcycle. BMW’s CE 02 is a potent EV while the TVS Apache RR 310, with its track-focused updates, still continues to impress. The Triumph Speed T4 might be an affordable alternative to the Speed 400 but is exciting to ride nevertheless. The Hero Destini 125 gets a generational update and charts a new, retro course. There’s also a story of an Indian competing in a Japanese trials race event, on an Indian motorcycle!

Turbo Life
Vir has been using his Ducati DesertX the right way — by taking it to multiple adventures across India and Nepal. Ben goes into nostalgia mode with the Royal Enfield Bullet 350. We also review the Rynox Downtown Pro, a refreshing mesh jacket; and the Joe Rocket Blaster SR street gloves, one of the most comfortable street gloves around. In tech, we review the HP Omen 16 gaming laptop, Dell Alienware gaming monitor and the new Honor 200 smartphone.
