The Splendor+ Flex Fuel and HF Deluxe Flex Fuel are finished in black with Line Yellow graphics to distinguish them from the standard variants. The equipment list is the same for both models, including a digital-analogue instrument cluster, side-stand engine cut-off, tubeless tyres, and revised ECU and fuel system components for Flex Fuel compatibility. The Splendor+ Flex Fuel gets additional i3S idle-start-stop tech.

Powering these models is a 97.2cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine producing 8.5PS and 8.3Nm on E85 petrol. Hero’s Flex Fuel portfolio will be introduced in Delhi and select regions of Maharashtra in July 2026, followed by a nationwide rollout.
