Kawasaki India has launched the Ninja ZX-4RR for a steep asking price of9.10 lakh ex-showroom. This is the more track-focused version of the Ninja ZX-4R that was launched at 8.49 lakh ex-showroom earlier. The ZX-4R and 4RR are both being brought to India via the CBU route. True to its positioning the ZX-4RR sports a Kawasaki Racing Green paintjob. It shares the 399cc inline four-cylinder engine with the ZX-4R and delivers the same 77PS and 39Nm but gets a bi-directional quickshifter as standard additionally.
While the Ninja ZX-4RR features the same frame as the lower-spec ZX-4R, it is equipped with more premium Showa suspension in the form preload adjustable upside down forks and a fully adjustable monoshock. Both the Ninja ZX-4R and ZX-4RR might be expensive but are unicorns in the world of sportsbikes, and that’s what makes them collectors items and machines that true enthusiasts are sure to cherish riding.
