Mini Countryman C launched in India at ₹47.50 lakh

Mini India has launched the Countryman C in India, priced at ₹47.50 lakh ex-showroom. The Countryman C is the third offering in the Countryman range, after the Electric and the JCW All4, and is produced locally in India.

​On the outside, the Mini Countryman C features adaptive LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, 19-inch alloy wheels, flush-fit door handles, a blacked-out finish on the roof rails, rear spoiler, and roof. Buyers can choose between five colours – Chilli Red, Slate Blue, Nanuq White, British Racing Green and Smokey Green.

​Moving to the interior, you get a panoramic sunroof, Level 1 ADAS, HUD, dual-tone upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats, massage function for the driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control, and a large circular infotainment display. You also get features like customisable LED light signatures, adjustable rear seats, 12-speaker Harman Kardon music system, 360-degree camera and park assist.

​Powering the new Mini Countryman C is a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine which puts out 156PS and 240Nm and is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with the power going to the front wheels. Mini claims a 0-100kmph time of 9 seconds and a top speed of 212kmph. The 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine has a claimed fuel-efficiency of 15.92kmpl.
