The desire to revolutionize the traditional service industry, coupled with the difficulties people encountered in servicing their cars during the COVID-19 pandemic, led to the identification of gaps in the market. We envisioned a convenient and reliable at-home car service solution to address these challenges.

These include the lack of professionalism and transparency associated with local mechanics, the inconvenience and high costs of traditional workshops, and concerns about the authenticity of services provided by some doorstep service providers. By providing professional technicians, transparent operations, and cost-effective services, DYD aims to offer a solution that enhances the overall car ownership experience. Additionally, we ensure complete transparency by performing the entire service at the customers’ doorsteps. Despite the common perception, DYD offers competitive and transparent pricing for its at-home car services. By eliminating overhead costs associated with maintaining physical service centers, DYD can provide cost-effective services to customers. The focus on affordability is a key element of DYD’s value proposition.

How many cities is DYD currently operating in, and what are your plans for expansion in the future?

DYD currently operates in Thane, Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai, with plans to introduce 26 additional service vans to reach an even larger customer base. The company envisions further expansion to multiple cities, establishing itself as a market leader in providing At-Home car services.
