Automobili Pininfarina is no stranger in the realm of creating works of art as that has been their M.O since the start. And they continue that tradition with its latest creation, the B95. Essentially, it is a Pininfarina Battista without a roof or windscreen and the carmaker claims, is the first-ever all-electric hyper Barchetta,
The reason why we’re calling it an open-top Battista is because the two cars share the same heart. By that we mean a 1,900PS quad-electric motor setup. This is juiced by a 120kWh battery pack, with the electric beast hitting 0-96kmph in less than two seasons and a top speed exceeding 300kmph.
In true Pininfarina fashion, the B95 is quite a looker on the outside inspired by the PURA Vision design concept. What stands out is the smooth and curvaceous body that is complemented by its open-top nature. Also, you can spec it with adjustable deflectors in case you do need a bit of protection against mother nature and physics at speeds.
Inside, it is an interesting case of classic meets future, as the futuristic cabin layout has seats finished in Tan Sustainable Luxury Leather. The futuristic nature of the cabin is credited to its minimalist nature as well as a plethora of digital screens all over.
The Pininfarina B95 will be an ultra-rare offering as only 10 units will be produced. Each unit is priced at 4.4 million euros (around Rs 39.79 crore). Also, you’ll have to wait until 2025 to get your hands on it as production and deliveries will commence around that time period.
