Porsche has launched the all-electric Cayenne in India in two versions: the Cayenne Electric and the Cayenne Turbo Electric. Both use a 113kWh battery with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, and the Turbo Electric makes up to 1,156PS with Launch Control.

Both versions get a closed-off front end, as expected on an EV. At the rear, a full-width light bar carries illuminated Porsche lettering. The Turbo Electric rides on 21-inch wheels and gets 10-piston front brakes, while the standard Cayenne Electric rides on 20-inch wheels and gets 6-piston front brakes. Both models come with air suspension as standard.

Inside, both versions get a curved 14.2-inch driver’s display and a curved infotainment system with most of the car’s features baked into it. It also gets an optional passenger screen, a huge panoramic sunroof, and electrically adjustable rear seats. The Turbo Electric adds 18-way electrically adjustable sport seats and the Sport Chrono package.

Both versions use a 113kWh battery and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. Porsche claims a 10-80 per cent charge in 16 minutes on a 390kW DC fast charger.
The Cayenne Electric makes 408PS and 835Nm. It does 0-100kmph in 4.8 seconds and has a top speed of 230kmph. The Cayenne Turbo Electric makes 857PS, rising to 1,156PS with Launch Control, along with 1,500Nm. Its 0-100kmph time is 2.5 seconds, and its top speed is 260kmph. These figures make the Cayenne Turbo Electric the most powerful all-electric SUV.

The Cayenne Electric is priced at ₹1.77 crore (ex-showroom), while the Cayenne Turbo Electric costs ₹2.27 crore (ex-showroom). These prices are before options.
