Tata has launched the updated Tiago.ev with a refreshed design, added tech, and improved safety. The price for the updated Tiago.ev starts from ₹6.99 lakh and goes all the way up to ₹9.99 lakh ex-showroom.
In terms of design, the 2026 Tiago.ev gets a redesigned front fascia with a new closed-off grille with body coloured front bumper and new LED headlamps with eyebrow-shaped DRLs. Coming to the side, it gets redesigned 15-inch wheels with black wheel arches. At the rear, it features connected LED taillamps and a new bumper with black trim, housing the reverse light.
Inside, the updates continue. It gets a dual-tone dashboard with a 10.25-inch infotainment with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The driver gets a new 12.7-inch digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, a redesigned steering wheel, rotary drive selector, and over 40 connected car features. Everyday usability is further enhanced with a dual wireless-charging tray, multiple Type-C ports, a cooled glovebox, a 360° parking camera, and rear AC vents.
The Tiago.ev gets two battery pack options – a 24kWh battery pack with a claimed MIDC range of 285 kilometres, and a 19.2kWh battery pack with a claimed MIDC range of 223 kilometres. The 24kWh variant produces 75PS and 114Nm, while the 19.2kWh variant produces 62PS and 110Nm. Charging speeds have also improved with speeds up to 30kW via DC fast charger, which claims 100 kilometres of range in just 18 minutes of charging.The Tiago.ev comes with 3.3kW and 7.2kW AC charging options as standard.
The electric hatchback is also offered with a lifetime unlimited kilometres battery warranty for the 24kWh variant and eight years or 1.6 lakh kilometres battery warranty for the 19.2kWh variant.
