It will no longer be necessary to opt for the top three i.e Pack Three if you want the larger battery pack with higher range if you are shopping for either of the two Mahindra Electric SUVs — the Mahindra XEV 9e and the Mahindra BE 6— as both of these cars now offer the larger battery pack on the Pack Two trim.
While credit is obviously due to Mahindra for coming up with the lease evocative name for its trim levels (Pack One, Pack Two and Pack Three), there’s no denying the popularity of the new Mahindra e-SUVs, based on the all-new INGLO architecture. The popularity of the new Mahindra e-SUVs has prompted the manufacturer to offer this new variant, which marries the larger battery pack with the middle trim level, thus offering customers an option to go for the larger pack without having to shell out for the features on Pack Three they may not need.

Here are the variant-wise prices for the XEV 9e:
Trim | Battery | Price |
Pack One | 59kWh | ₹21.90 Lakh |
Pack Two | 59kWh | ₹24.90 Lakh |
Pack Two | 79kWh | ₹26.50 Lakh |
Pack Three (Select) | 59kWh | ₹27.90 Lakh |
Pack Three | 79kWh | ₹30.50 Lakh |

And here are the variant-wise prices for the BE 6:

Pack One Above | 59kWh | ₹20.50 Lakh |
Pack Two | 59kWh | ₹21.90 Lakh |

Pack Three (Select) | 59kWh | ₹24.50 Lakh |

Both of these trims come with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, a full glass roof, Level 2 ADAS and the triple-screen wide cinemascope in XEV 9e and race-ready Digital Cockpit in BE 6. Further, the BE 6 Pack Two now comes with the premium sage leatherette interiors from Pack Three, along with an ivory roof finish.
Mahindra is giving all waiting customers the opportunity to upgrade their bookings to the new Pack Two 79 kWh variant if desired.
