Yezdi has just launched the 2025 Roadster at a starting price of ₹2.09 lakh ex-showroom. However, the bigger news is the Alpha 2 engine, which, after its debut on the Adventure, is now powering the Roadster. It is a 334cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor producing 29PS and 30Nm, albeit in a slightly different state of tune for better low-end torque delivery.
Along with the latest engine, Yezdi is also offering customers over 50 customisation options to individualise their purchase truly. There are six complete custom kits available from the factory as well, if you wish to skip individual customisation. With plenty of custom options available, all you have to do is select one of the five shades offered, and Yezdi will take care of the customisation.
The frame and other cycle parts are similar to those of the older variant; however, Yezdi has tuned elements like the suspension to enhance comfort and handling. Yezdi is also offering a comprehensive four-year or 50,000km warranty, which can be extended to six years, at an additional premium. The company is also offering one year of roadside assistance and other ownership benefits under its Jawa Yezdi BSA Ownership Assurance Programme.
