The TVS Jupiter 125 now gets connected features with the bikemaker’s SmartXonnect technology, launched at Rs 96,855, ex-showroom. This variant will sit at the top of the Jupiter 125 lineup which includes the base Drum and the mid-spec Disc trims.
Additions to this variant, includes a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity with highlight features like turn-by-turn navigation, voice assistance, call and message notifications, app notifications, real-time sports scores, weather and news updates. The SmartXonnect variant will be offered in two new distinct colour options – Elegant Red and Matte Copper Bronze.
The Jupiter 125 is powered by a 124.8cc single cylinder engine that puts out 8.15PS and 10.5Nm coupled with CVT automatic transmission. It gets front disc and rear drum braking setup and the suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and gas-filled twin shock-absorbers at the rear.
The primary competitors of the TVS Jupiter 125 include the Suzuki Access 125 and Honda Activa 125.
