​On the outside, the Mini Countryman C features adaptive LED headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, 19-inch alloy wheels, flush-fit door handles, a blacked-out finish on the roof rails, rear spoiler, and roof. Buyers can choose between five colours – Chilli Red, Slate Blue, Nanuq White, British Racing Green and Smokey Green.

​Moving to the interior, you get a panoramic sunroof, Level 1 ADAS, HUD, dual-tone upholstery, electrically adjustable front seats, massage function for the driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control, and a large circular infotainment display. You also get features like customisable LED light signatures, adjustable rear seats, 12-speaker Harman Kardon music system, 360-degree camera and park assist.

​Powering the new Mini Countryman C is a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine which puts out 156PS and 240Nm and is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with the power going to the front wheels. Mini claims a 0-100kmph time of 9 seconds and a top speed of 212kmph. The 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine has a claimed fuel-efficiency of 15.92kmpl.

​The Mini Cooper S Victory Edition is inspired by the 1965 Monte Carlo Rally car and comes with a Chilli Red exterior paintwork. A white stripe extends from the bonnet to the roof and the rear. Additionally, a white ‘52’ number is seen on both sides of the car, which is taken as a reference from the original rally car displayed in 1965.

​Powering the Mini Cooper S Victory Edition is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which makes 204PS and 300Nm. Mini claims that it can achieve a 0-100 km/h in 6.6seconds. There is no word on its pricing yet, but interested customers can place their bookings at authorised Mini dealerships across the country.

Aside from the gloss black shade, this Countryman is shod with bespoke front fender decals, Shadow Edition bonnet scoop decals, side scuttles, as well as silver accents around the roof and wing mirrors to make it stand out. Speaking of standing out, this one gets the sporty John Cooper Works Aerodynamics Kit.

Inside, things have remained as is aside from a powered tailgate. Key features include an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wired Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting,  a Harman Kardon sound system as well as electric adjustment for the front seats. 

Powering the Countryman Shadow Edition is a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol motor pushing 178PS and 280Nm. Paired with a 7-speed DCT, it can hit 0-100kmph in 7.5 seconds with a top speed of 225kmph. 

With the launch of the Mini Countryman Shadow Edition, the carmaker has kept things exclusive as only 24 units are being allocated.
