BMW is finally bringing its EVs to India! And clearly it’s a ‘top down’ approach, as BMW‘s first EV for India is the iX, it’s flagship electric vehicle. The iX is a full-sized, five seat luxury SUV that’s about the same size as the X5 outside but thanks to the EV-specific architecture it feels as spacious as the X7 inside. For now, BMW is only launching the xDrive40 variant in India that offers 326PS and 630Nm along with a claimed range of 425km per charge. There’s more to this EV than just numbers or space though, as we found out when it took a close look at it. Here’s our first look review!
