The milestone comes on the heels of it being announced as one of the most preferred brands by JD Power
MG Motor India has announced that it has reached the 1,00,000 sales milestone in the Indian market. Due to its focus on innovation and customer service, the brand has been able to develop a loyal stronghold among its customer base. That is reflected in the recent JD Power 2021’s India Sales Satisfaction Study (SSI) and India Customer Service Index Study (CSI), where MG Motor India was voted the most preferred brand by the customers, scoring 868 points out of the possible 1000 (read more here).
India as an automotive market is in love with SUVs. As such, MG has been able to penetrate it very well, starting with the introduction of the Hector in 2019 and the recently launched 2022 ZS EV, which has garnered quite an attention over the past few months.
