HMSI (Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India) exports two-wheelers to 38 countries and owing to the rising demand for mid-size motorcycles, Honda BigWing has come up with this new streetfighter heavily inspired by the CB500F’s styling. This new and potent machine is a pack of all three aspects - comfort, performance and advanced technology.

The CB300F gets an edgy full-led headlamp and sits low with the design line flowing onto the masculine predator-like hunch on its aggressive-looking fuel tank and it gets completed with the split seat treatment and a premium touch following in with the gold upside-down forks. The silhouette gets adamant too with sharp lines from the tank recess to the rear grab handles and tones it up a bit with the compact muffler. The sportiness adds on with a wide 150-section radial tyre.

The instrument console is a fully-digital meter with smartphone connectivity and 5-level brightness adjustment.

The engine is an all-new air and oil-cooled one that displaces at 293cc and carries four valves actuated by a single overhead camshaft. It produces 24.47PS and 25.6Nm figures and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The engine benefits from Honda’s patented selectable torque control feature and also houses a slip and assist clutch.

As far as the mechanicals are concerned, the motorcycle gets golden USD forks and a five-step adjustable rear gas-charged mono-shock suspension at the rear. Braking duties are achieved by a 276mm disc at the front and 220mm at the rear with dual channel ABS.

Honda BigWing will offer three colours, Mat Axis Grey Metallic, Mat Marvel Blue and Sports Red.
