Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited, a manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting solutions and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), has inaugurated its manufacturing facility in Pune, India. The company manufactures lighting solutions for both passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, including two, three and four-wheelers, lighting solutions for both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles, with a focus on lighting solutions such as advanced LED modules, dynamic DRLs, adaptive front lighting systems and signature aesthetic lamps.
The new plant is located in close proximity to the major automotive clusters of Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, and Aurangabad, which helps them provide flexibility and better inventory management to meet the needs of each customer. The company is a major supplier of OEM lighting solutions to JSW MG Motor India, Stellantis Automobiles India, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Isuzu Motors India, Tata Motors Limited and Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited.
In addition to the manufacturing facility, Neolite ZKW has also established an independent design centre, which is equipped with modern design tools, simulation software, 3D modelling, optical design, prototyping and validation support systems. The design centre is aimed at playing a crucial role in supporting the company’s in-house product development, reducing the supply times and ensuring that the products meet the global performance and regulatory standards.
