MG Hector Facelift Launched at ₹11.99 lakh

JSW MG Motor India has launched the updated MG Hector in India, with prices starting at ₹11.99 lakh ex-showroom. This is an introductory price and will be offered on a limited number of units. For now, MG has announced prices only for the petrol variants, while the prices of the diesel-powered versions will be revealed at a later date.

On the outside, the updated Hector features a redesigned grille with a honeycomb pattern. The front and rear bumpers have also been revised, and the 18-inch alloy wheels now come with a new design. MG has also introduced two new exterior colour options – Celadon Blue and Pearl White.

Inside, the 5-seater Hector gets a new dual-tone Ice Grey interior, while the 6 and 7-seater Hector Plus variants feature a dual-tone tan interior. The 14-inch infotainment system has been upgraded with increased RAM, going from 4GB to 10GB. MG has also added touch gesture controls for smoother operation of functions such as climate control and audio. In addition, the driver and front passenger seats now offer ventilation.

Mechanically, the updated Hector and Hector Plus continue with the 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a CVT.
