The MG Cyberster now gets a fresh colour option – the Irises Cyan. The bluish-green metallic hue is an addition to their existing four-shade palette: Nuclear Yellow, Andes Grey, Modern Beige, and the iconic Flare Red. While the Andes Grey and Modern Beige twins get a red-coloured soft-top, the Nuclear Yellow and Flare Red both sport a black soft-top. Although new to the Indian market, the Irises Cyan colour option has been available in several other international outlets, including the EU and UK.

The MG Cyberster features electrically operated scissor doors characteristic to the EV. Powering the convertible is a 77kWh battery pack paired with two motors producing 510PS and 725Nm of torque, and gets an ARAI claimed range of 580km.

The MG Cyberster has no real competitors (the closest one being the petrol-powered BMW Z4), and with a price tag of ₹74.99 lakh (ex-showroom), it is the only convertible EV sportscar in the world at that price, not just in India.
