Mahindra has pressed F5 on its premium SUV, the XUV 700, as it has received a facelift four years after launch. However, the complete picture is still loading, but come January 5, 2026, Mahindra will reveal it all. Mahindra has also rebranded the nameplate as the facelifted SUV will now be called XUV 7XO. As for the details, the 7XO borrows styling cues from the recently launched XEV 9S, especially on the exterior. It has a new face with new DRLs, but it might not feature the connected head lamps like the XEV 9S. Apart from that, it will also feature a conventional grille, as it will use the same ICE powertrain under the bonnet.
The platform will also remain the same as the existing model. At the back, the tail lamps have changed, with a new set replacing the old ones, and here we can expect to see connected tail lamps with a lightbar running end to end.
The XUV 7XO will also get an updated cabin, which may feature the triple screen layout we have seen on the XEV 9e and 9S. Apart from the screens, Mahindra may add a few more features; however, it is hard to pinpoint specific details, as the XUV 700 is already a well-equipped SUV. Mahindra will reveal the pricing and other information when the XUV 7XO makes its global debut on January 5, 2026, so stay tuned to TURBOCHARGED for more.
