Ducati has launched the Streetfighter V4 and V4 S in India, and the prices are ₹28.69 lakh for the V4, and ₹32.38 lakh for the V4 S (both ex-showroom). The Streetfighter is a direct derivation of the Panigale with the same Desmosedici Stradale engine and the same extensive electronics package, just without the fairing.

The Ducati Streetfighter V4 and V4 S get all-LED lighting, and the motorcycle comes with a 16-litre fuel tank, which is crafted out of aluminium. The handlebar is 10mm closer, while the footpegs have been dropped lower while moving them slightly forward for rider comfort
Powering the Ducati Streetfighter V4 and V4 S is the same Desmosedici Stradale engine, which is found in the Panigale V4 and makes 214PS and 120Nm. The new Streetfighter V4 S features a high, wide handlebar and biplane wings, while weighing just 191kg, and (1891kg for the V4 S, both wet weight without fuel).
The electronics package on the V4 and V4 S has been trickled down from the Panigale. It gets a six-axis inertial measurement, traction control, wheelie control, slide control, and launch control. It also gets the DQS 2.0 quickshifter and engine brake control. There are four riding modes on offer – Race, Sport, Road and Wet. Riders can make quick changes on the fly, thanks to the easily accessible buttons on the left switchgear. Additionally, a 6.9-inch TFT display facilitates the reading of all the relevant information easily. Upon its launch, it will lock horns with the BMW S 1000 R and the KTM 1390 Super Duke R
