What is it?
The Watch Ultra is the sports watch of the Apple wearables, and this is the first update since the first-generation came into the market back in September 2022. The Watch Ultra 2 gets a faster S9 chip and a larger 64GB storage capacity over the 32GB of the 1. The screen brightness has also gone up to 3,000 nits from 2,000. Standard battery life still stands at 36 hours, though standby time has gone up to 72 hours from the 60 hours previously. One of the neat tricks of the Watch Ultra 2 is gesture control.
