Tata Motors has unveiled the Altroz Racer, the sporty iteration of its premium hatchback. Equipped with a 1.2L turbo petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox, it generates 120PS at 5500rpm and 170Nm at 1750 to 4000rpm.
The Altroz Racer, now the top variant in the Altroz lineup, boasts additional features including a 360-degree camera, 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen, ventilated seats, and 6 airbags as standard. It will be available in three variants (R1, R2 and R3) with color options of Pure Grey, Atomic Orange, and Avenue White. It is priced between 9.49 lakh to 10.99 lakh.
In addition, Tata Motors has introduced two new variants (XZ LUX and XZ+S LUX) and upgraded one variant (XZ+OS) in the Altroz range. These variants, available in petrol manual, petrol DCA, diesel, and CNG powertrains, will be priced from 8.89 lakh to 9.98 lakh.
