Volkswagen has revealed some key details about the upcoming ID. Cross ahead of its launch in the European market. It is seen around the streets of Amsterdam wrapped in camouflage.
Visually, the ID. Cross features clear lines with balanced proportions, which Volkswagen calls ‘Pure Positive design language’. The interior will get a minimalist design with a large display and physical buttons for essential functions. It is a five-seater compact SUV with high-class materials and workmanship.
Power will be delivered through either a 37kWh battery pack or a larger 52kWh battery pack, with power output varying between 85kW, 99kW, or 155kW. In terms of charging, it supports DC quick charging up to 90kW for a smaller battery pack and 105kW for a larger one.
The Volkswagen ID. Cross will be priced around 28,000 euros, which is equivalent to roughly ₹29.88 lakh, set to launch in the autumn of 2026 in the European market.
