Maruti Suzuki Inaugurates 200th NEXA Studio

Maruti Suzuki has inaugurated its 200th NEXA Studio outlet. And with this, the brand has achieved another milestone for its NEXA channel.

​The NEXA channel has two verticals and is set up depending on the place and type of market; either NEXA main outlet or NEXA Studio outlets are set up. The NEXA sales network has over 730 outlets across 530 cities in India.

​Speaking on the occasion Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “NEXA stands for innovation, design, and premium ownership experience. The rapid expansion of NEXA Studios demonstrates our commitment to making this experience accessible to our aspirational customers in semi-urban areas. There is a growing segment of customers in these areas who are desirous of a premium car buying experience. To cater to their needs, we are happy to expand our NEXA footprint to such locations, and we aim to take the total number of NEXA Studio outlets to 600 by the end of FY 2030-31.”

​The NEXA channel was introduced in July 2015, and within a year, the car maker had set up 100 outlets across 94 cities in the country. The NEXA outlets account for 30 percent of Maruti Suzuki’s domestic sales. Maruti Suzuki retails the Baleno, Fronx, Grand Vitara , XL6, Ignis, Jimny, Invicto and the e Vitara.

​The NEXA Studio format was introduced in August 2024, aimed at extending the NEXA buying experience to customers in non-urban locations. These Studio outlets serve as a one-stop destination for sales, service and spare parts, ensuring convenience under a single roof.
