NEXA, Maruti Suzuki’s premium automotive retail channel, has marked its ninth anniversary, achieving a significant milestone by serving 2.7 million customers through 498 showrooms across over 300 cities. Launched in 2015, NEXA was designed to offer a global automotive retail experience characterized by innovative technology and customer-centric services. In the fiscal year 2023-24, NEXA registered a 54% growth rate, positioning itself as a rapidly expanding automotive retail channel in India.
NEXA’s product lineup, which includes models like the Grand Vitara, Fronx, Jimny, and Invicto, has contributed to its prominence, accounting for over 31% of Maruti Suzuki’s overall passenger vehicle sales. The channel’s expansion into non-urban areas has been notable, reflecting a growing demand for premium automotive products outside metropolitan regions. NEXA’s approach includes initiatives such as NEXA Music, NEXA Lifestyle, and NEXA Journeys, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and brand experience.
